Account Suspension and Termination

Upon permanent closure of an account for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — will be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach of Terms has occurred, the remaining real-money balance (after deducting any applicable bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Intellectual Property
